Rachel is a visionary accomplished leader with a background in Medical Physiology. Known for her resilience and innovation, she has extensive experience in community engagement. She made history as the First Female Speaker of the Benue State Youth Parliament. Her advocacy for youth-centric policies has earned her the moniker 'the speaking speaker.' As Executive Director of Ngodoo Development Initiative, Rachel leads projects empowering youth and women. With over 10 years of experience designing and implementing strategies, She has successfully led and participated in numerous projects across public, private, and business sectors. She holds a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Washington, further enhancing her leadership
